Entry Conditions

These entry conditions are for the health & safety of both the carers & the pets they care for:

• We do not take care of dangerous/vicious animals or animals in season.

• You must have a C5 vaccination for dogs & F3 for cats.

• Your pet will not be allowed on the premises without a current vaccination certificate, up to date & signed by a qualified vet.

• Your pets must be fully vaccinated 2 weeks prior to arriving to Shelbys Place Metung.

• Opening hours for pick up & drop off are  Monday to Friday 9am until 4.30 pm. Saturday 9am until 4pm & Sunday 10am until 4pm.

• Prior arrangements can be made to suit your needs if our opening times don't quite fit with your schedule :-) .
